Welcome to Twalky! This offer is conditioned on your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Service, including the policies and terms linked to or otherwise referenced in this Agreement. By using Twalky, you agree to and accept these Terms of Service. If you do not so agree, you should decline this Agreement, in which case you are prohibited from accessing or using.
2. DESCRIPTION OF TWALKY SERVICE
Twalky enables anyone to create real-time streams of any entity including (but not limited to) people, places, events, products, services, objects and animals that reflect/map the real world. Anyone can create social networks/applications based on the Twalky platform, which can be reused by other applications built by others.Twalky currently provides users with access to a rich collection of on-line resources through its network of properties (the "Services").
3. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Twalky Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving the Twalky Services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You must establish an account to use Twalky, using accurate registration information.
4 TWALKY PRIVACY POLICY
Where personal data is collected in connection with the Services and is subject to Twalky Privacy Policy. For information about our privacy policies, please refer to our "Privacy" on our website.
5. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
All Members of the Service shall receive a password and an account. Members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account whether authorized or not authorized. Member agrees to notify Twalky of any unauthorized use of Member's account or any other breach of security known or should be known to the Member. Member's right to use the Service is personal to the Member. Member agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service without the express written consent of Twalky.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITY
You may only use the Service for your own personal purpose and agreed not to sold or transfer your membership to other party. You understand that all content ("Content") incl. data, text, software, music, sound, photo, graphics, video, message or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Service. All your Content posted to Twalky shall be appropriate and conform to its requirement, you agreed that Twalky, in its sole discretion, may amend, delete or hide the Content that is inappropriate or not conform to its requirement, with or without notice.
7. CHANGE TO TERMS
This Agreement may be changed by us from time to time. By continuing to access or use Twalky after the effective date of any such change, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms of Service. A "Material Change" is a change to this Agreement which reduces your contractual rights or increases your responsibilities under this Agreement in a significant manner.
